Note: please be cautious of any equipment that does not carry a CE mark or manufacturers data plate as these may invalidate your Insurance. Our advice is always get confirmation from supplier that equipment complies and carries a CE mark.
LPG Mobile Catering Trailers & Vans
KLS are one of the few companies to carry the Gas Safe/Corgi CNCLPG certificates that allows our engineers to carry out and issue annual service and inspection certificates on mobile LPG catering trailers.
Additionally our associated electrical engineers carry the required NIC qualifications required to issue electrical certificates on catering trailers.
These certificates are now a requirement for all mobile catering operators and commonly requested by most local authorities before granting operating licenses and are essential to comply with your Insurance.
Full Fit Outs & Refurbishments
Our engineering and steel fabrication departments also carry out full refits or refurbishments of both new and existing Trailers and Vans these works normally include:
- New gas pipework
- New water pipework and Sinks etc
- Construction of room sealed gas lockers and generator compartments
- New electrics with modern distribution boards and separate MCB,s including lights & sockets
- Hygienic wall cladding both white PVC and stainless steel
- Non slip contract flooring
- Stainless steel fabrication including extraction canopies, worktops & sinks etc.
- Vehicle bodywork repairs and re-sprays
- Vehicle sign writing and full vinyl wraps
